both accounts closed

I was just online, trying to fight the server disconnects, now I'm attempting to log back in and it says my accounts have been CLOSED.
I have NEVER done anything illegal, I wouldn't ever dare to, I have too much time spent playing to risk it.

Like mentioned before, I was just levelling my alt, got disconnected once again, try to log back in and both my accounts are closed ..

I'm really hoping this is a bug, maybe it has something to do with the crashes, I have NO clue.
At this point I'm just freaking out because I don't want to see all my work dissapear just like that ..

ANY response at all would be great, is someone having similiar issues? Do I wait it out? The message of my accounts being CLOSED is very demoralizing, please help

Wait 15 minutes as you may be locked out for entering the wrong password too many times then try logging in again. It may take a few tries as the login servers are under heavy load.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't enter a wrong password, so this was pretty weird, hasn't happened to me so far.
But it's fixed now.
