While they owe people nothing, it would be nice if they'd say "hey, we're having a huge problem, and the ETA is" (insert unknown, two hours, 5 minutes..whatever)...
That, precisely. Just communication and a little transparency. As much as this is a free service that I am very thankful for.. our presence is their "payment". They wouldn't be doing this if they were the only people logging in every day. I think communication coupled with a Support "Archive" forum where threads are placed for viewing after being resolved or terming out would be amazing. It would provide a readily searchable database for people to go skim through to see if other people are having the same issues they are and how different people resolved them.
