Requesting contact from Daemon or Viper re: in game ticket

Hi there,

I submitted a ticket in game and was asked to PM Viper or Daemon on the forum in an attempt to resolve my issue. While I do read the forums, I do not post and so am unable to send Private Messages (We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature.)

Would Viper or Daemon be able to contact me via private message here (assuming I can respond) or in game, same character name as this user account?

Now that you've made a thread and/or a post. You should be able to PM other users, wish you the best of luck with whatever issue you're experiencing.

P.S: Don't forget to send him your character name since Client accounts / Forum accounts aren't linked.
