was gone for about a month, characters gone :(

I know characters are deleted after a certain amount of time, but i was only gone for around a month... is there any way i can get my characters back? I feel like i wasted a lot of time otherwise... thanks anyway

Characters are not deleted for any reason other than someone logging into your account to delete them. Are you sure you're logging into the correct account and the correct server?

Verify that you are on Nostalrius Begins and not the Player Test Realm. The test realm will disallow you from creating a new character if you haven't tried yet.
