Warsong Supplies quest glitched

Warsong Axe Shipment at Booty Bay is glitched and cannot be looted. Whenever you click on it it says someone else is looting it. This quest has been bugged for awhile and it'd be appreciated if this was finally fixed.

Already been there but the website isn't working for me. It keeps saying the website is either temporarily down or it's under a new domain. If it's working for you can you post it, or someone else..? I'd really like it if this glitch was made aware to the devs.

The 'Privacy error' that you may get can be passed by pressing 'advanced' then 'continue to report.nostalrius.org...' if you are using google chrome.
