Hey, after many attempts at logging in I thought I was having connectivity issues. Turns out my account has been banned.

I started with a Human Warlock named Skyz a month or so back and leveled to 31. I burned myself out and had to take a bit of a break to do my Uni work for the coming term. I've been trying to log in the past few days and was constantly met with "Unable to connect". I thought I was just having connectivity issues but I think it was because I was typing my password wrong. Basically, I have 2 main passwords that have varying forms of capitals and ending-number variants. After my long break I was trying to log in with one these past few days and it wasn't working. Today I must have typed the right one, as I was presented with the message that my account was closed.

I have been inactive for a few weeks, maybe a month. I live in the North of England if that helps you with realising maybe someone in a different country (IP) was on my account doing illegal stuff.

I hope we can resolve this. During my time on Nos I loved it and didn't break any rules. I simply took a break to do work and came back to a banned account.

Login at https://en.nostalrius.org and it should tell you if you are banned or not. If you aren't, it will not show a ban date or reason.

Otherwise, a GM will reply to see if your case is being reviewed or it is a confirmed ban.

Thanks. I constantly fail trying to log in on that link. Using the same info that gives me the "This account has been closed" on the Nos client, that link just says "Whoops! There were some problems with your input. Bad credentials."

I've tried all of my passwords and variants. One took me to the "please wait 5 seconds for the server load" and took me straight back to the bad credentials screen.

The account associated with character name "Skyz" has never been banned. If you are having trouble logging into your account, try resetting the password. Instructions to do so are found in the sticky threads.
