Cant see updated Gear stats

I logged on today excited for the new update and to check out my new t1 set stats. It seems that other people can see my updated stats on my gear but i am not able to. I've already deleted the "WBD" folder i think it was called but to no effect. anyone else running into this problem or know of a fix for it. Thank you

I'm having Same problem file deleted no updated stats

exit game -> find "WDB" folder in your appdata folder -> delete that wdb folder also -> profit

i figured it out. you also have to run the game in admin after you delete the folder.
