"We made many fixes to AV" - last night's restart

Marshals still respawn like every 5 minutes and not every removed insignia yields loot.

What was fixed, and when are these issues being addressed? I had to /afk out of a 2.5-3 hour AV game that was a stalemate because of respawning Warmasters/Marshals.
