Account status?

Greetings. It's been 2-3 months since i played on Nostalrius and i've never had any login issues when i played. But recently when i tried to log on to my account, i keep getting the message that im banned. I have not been playing for some months, and im sure it worked perfectly fine to log in at the time i played. I've tried to change the password, and tried to log in for 3 days now, but it is still not working. I've read all over the forums but no help.

The account has a lvl 60, i have another account where i play the other faction, and that account works with no problems. It's the account with my 60 that's not working. The character name is Tokzyn. Can any administrator tell me the account status, or unlock the account if it is a bug?

Edit: It doesn't tell me im banned when i log in on https://en.nostalrius.org/login

If it doesn't say you're banned on the website then you have not been banned. You probably entered in an incorrect password too many times and the got locked out. Try to remember your password, or reset it and wait a little while and the hold will be lifted.
