Server down ?

Lagged out after server broadcast message " Server restart cancelled " Getting DC while trying to log into the client ....is it just me who cant log in ?

Getting a 'Disconnected from server' message as soon as I type in name and password. Tried all the suggestions on the website here, so is it safe to assume the server is down as this thread has stated as a possibility?
