Account got hacked, every single item, GONE

Hello, I am a lvl 36 Night Elf Priest IGN: Elyrion

I logged in yesterday to find my account was wiped of all items and gold. Bewildered by what was going on, I thought it was just a bug. I later realised that it was not a bug, and I had actually been hacked. I am honestly really upset by this as I spent a good 5 days in game (It doesnt sound alot but it's alot for me) playing up to where I was.

Is there any way that I could possibly roll back the character so I can play again, aswell as possibly ban the culprits at hand. I hadn't given my password away to anyone.

I would attach a screen shot, but I cannot compress it down to a small enough file.

Hacked account?
We can't recover your account if someone else got your login information. However, there is a password recovery procedure if you forget your password. You need to PM an admin, and he will make sure that this account did not get hacked.

So nothing can be done? you are saying that people can hack ones account, and the whole Nostalrius network does not care about the satisfaction of the users of the classic server? That is horrendous.

I'm only reciting what the Terms of Use says. Whether they want to bend the rules for you or not is completely up to them.

You have to understand that situations like this doesn't happen everyday and there isn't a 100% trust between the user and the staff because we're both anonymous up to a point. There's a chance that you tried selling your account and trying to obtain it again after the buyer sold all your items or you were account sharing or millions of other explanations for this other than someone logging into your account without you providing them your account details.

It's not whether they care about the satisfaction of their players. It's whether or not one of these millions of possibilities have happened.

Also, if you are indeed telling the truth, they cannot take half measures on this situation. All your gold, items, and equipped items would have to be reset to the database backup in case you still have the gold from selling the items.

In the end, it's not about player satisfaction. It's about pushing the responsibility toward the players to maintain their own account security or else they would have many cases like your's and have even more work to do than they have currently.

Ah, I see. I thought you were finalising my thread. Luckily I have spent the whole morning grinding and asking toher players for king grey item donations, and some kind people have willingly donated some of their own gold to me.

I still have screenshots showing what my car looked like before I regained some items.
