Cannot abandon pet

I placed Cat(level 53) into the stables, and was qued to AV, upon entering av i did not have a pet, but after dying i respawned with a cat named echeyakee(level 56), but now i cannot abandon or change my pet with my stabled one. I have sent a ticket and PM'd the admins. Anyone have some ideas, or solutions?

Looking for a better reply then that, besides what good is a pet if i cant even use pet talents...
