Unable to Connect

So my account name is Myles2140 and when I try to log in it says unable to connect, I've had other friends log into their accounts on my computer so its not a hardware or software issue. There must be an issue with my account.

Please see if there is anything you can do to get my account working. I'd appreciate it.
