Unable to log in, (Banned??)

I recently began playing here and today I was logging in and it told me it couldn't connect, I tried again and it said my account had been closed. I then tried again with a made up username and password to see if my account had actually been banned and it told me even that even the made-up account had been banned. I haven't done anything against the rules so I'm unsure of what to do. Please help!

The account attached to character Ladina has never been banned. From now on do not provide to anyone account names (security issues). To any Game Master provide only character name on that account.
