Account Banned for Multibox

Hy! Today i was in UBRS and i was baned because of the Multibox.
The players from that raid tryed to get a healer so i told them i can log in on my friend acount and do heal but i will falow with my warlock because i need the Jade trinket (it was jade farm) after a Wile The gm Tiger told me is multibox i think after someone reported me for multi.
So How in the world is MUltibox when you play with 2 acounts and one falow and you cant use in same time bouth this is the big question for me if you have a good unser for this try me but dont tell me "mutibox" because in my opinion this is not multi. multi is when you have 5 acount and addon for that and they cast , heal etc in same time so that means you dont know the diference
Also i worcked for that caracter me and my friend for moths and to get a ban for this is to easy realy because in that rule is not saying what means multiboxing at all as you can see::
"D - Last warning.: A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Casinos;
Multiboxing;
Abuse of in-game bugs;
Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor."
And from my experience of 6 years of playing on Blizz multibox means when someone play with addon wich will hellp other acount caracters to play in same time so this is nabish no specific description
My friend is at work now he cant do and complain our carcter names in game are Thirdeye and Nomade
also to the player ho reported need to learn what means friendship and multiboxing!!
sorry for my english! any way i know i do this for nothing because alone you cant change any rule in world!
