Was my account banned?

I tried to login a few times last night and it kept saying unable to connect. Finally it gives me a message saying I was banned and since last night I cannot get on. It says the account is deleted and sometimes says its banned. Character name is Fellonie. Tried multiple times for hours last night and today I have tried multiple times for hours as well. Keep getting one of the two messages.
