Rogue quest bug

Bugged quest: Encoded Fragments (rogue quest lvl 50+)

I have taken up "Encoded Fragments" quest from
Archmage Xylem in azshara. But i have abandoned the Q
Now that i am in front of Archmage Xylem he does not give the quest anymore
I am 100% sure i need to pick it up from him since i did once allready.

I think it bugged
Didnt know where to report this so i tought i write it here , if this is not the proper place for reporting bugs then sorry and feel free to delete my post

The level 50 class quests that end in Sunken Temple are not in-game. They will be introduced in a later patch. Originally the first 2-3 quests of each chain were available but they have now been removed as they were not supposed to be in the game yet. This is due to itemization.
