Onyxia Scales Refund

Greetings, our guild have an unpleasant problem. 2 times in a row we couldn't skin Onyxia and get her scales. We dont know what happened, but we asking your help. Onyxia scales are very important and they will be necessary for our progress in BWL.

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

1)We killed Onyxia today Aug 2, 2015 6:36 PM (server time)
