Druid shapeshifting internal cooldown?

I'm wondering if anyone has a video or a snippet back in classic/TBC days showing no internal CD on shapeshifting... just because I never played a druid... ever. Would be great to see a druid PvP vid too.

There's a video from vanilla and clearly showing there is no internal delay on shapeshifting such as here on Nostalrius. So, what else?

Yet another video to show that there was no such annoying delay as there is on nostalrius, when it comes to shapeshifting.

So, why again are the druids of nostalrius suffering of this? The druid playerbase is being diminished by this, my friend has quit because of no changes and not even the slightest official attention or reply on the issue.
