Item deleted after Serverrestart.

Greetings,

after the Serverrestart I had a huge rollback. A Chest I've opened before contained a Ring with +12 Strength.
I've celebrated the drop, but after the restart this was one of all the things that we're gone. I don't remember the exact name, but I think it was the "Sardonyx Knuckle of Strength"

Is it possible that someone helps me out here?

Unfortunately, staff didnt recover lost items, even due to rollbacks

Only epic raid items with a lots of proofs are eligible (raid id + screenshots of whole raid and item in bag)

Ok thanks anyway.
I don't know how your server architecture works. But there is a function to allow the player to save his character manually.
Furthermore, what would be if you would implement a function that saves the character if a item is equipped.

Just ideas :)

If you exit the game before the Server shuts down there should not be any problems.

the command .save is only for devs :D

but as Eragon says, if u exit game, its the same, your character is saved, so when u got a fat loot and dont wanna lose it, just do a quick relog

who told you that lool... use the bug tracker give screenshots and sources with proves...
just point me when they say they dont restore items - NEVER.... please i want to know where they say they NEVER RESTORE ITEMS.... most of the cases they dont restore because people lose items doing shity things... like getting drunk deleting SELLING and shits like this... but if it is REAL BUG and you have screenshots with the item when you own it and the moment you lose it and explain it well... they might help you if its something important and rare... like epic loot for example ... i have never seen a gm being bad lol... all gms i have spoken were cool and after i explained them my situation and give them REAL PROVES they helped me.... so my advice is if it is bug and you have proves use the bug tracker, explain your situation a lil bit better, you will help the community that way... and the game masters are very helpful you just need to explain your situation ... ( they dont restore items in shared accs btw its your responsability to save your password)
