I Need Help From GM, Please Reply

HI there:

So around 21:00 server time, After I finished a dungeon run, I was in Kargath selling junks to a vendor. I had made a macro for one-button gear change.
The problem came when I used the macro whilst the vendor page was still opened. It bugged out and sold more than half of my gear items stated in the macro. I was disconnected from the server straightaway and when I logged back in, it was not possible to retrieve the items from the vendor.
Those items were my Pre-raid bis gear and I have an MC run with my guild tomorrow. I don't know what to do right now. Please reply or contact me in game as soon as possible, and help me to restore my lost items.

My ign is: Rengarino (60 Warrior)

The items I lost are as followed:
Mask of the Unforgiven
Mark of Fordring
Shadewood Cloak
Ogre Forged Hauberk (with +3 all stats enchant)
Battleborn Armbraces (with +9 strength enchant)
Dal'Rend's Sacred Charge (with crusader enchant)
Dal'Rend's Tribal Guardian (with +4 weapon damage enchant)
Satyr's Bow

The Terms of Use says only epic quality raid loot during server crashes/rollbacks are eligible to be restored. All other items lost are your responsibility.

Sounds like OP fell for the oldest "dupe macro" in Vanilla and got his gear deleted, lol.

Odds are they won't help you unfortunately.

Reading this has me wondering. I have "Sell Junk" installed which is an add-on that lets you one-click sell junk to a vendor. Now reading this, he macro sold his gear and got disconnected. Similarly, when I have a large amount of junk I also get disconnected.

What is causing that? It's quite annoying.

There was a thread a while back describing behavior very similar to yours where someone was asking about frequent disconnects they had in the game and narrowed it down to whenever they sold junk loot. Something about an addon they had that let them sell all grey-quality items in their bags with one click. I'll see if I can dig up that thread; I don't remember whatever became of it.
