Pretty sure it blatantly says choose -one- reward.

I explained but I had two quests in log, one for Karr and one for AV victory, I assumed I could hand them both in (one for polearm and then the other for bow) as they were two separate quests. once I completed the first the other was abandoned. sure it says only pick one, but I had two quests. :/
and the polearm isn't that bad, its just everyone has been taunting me for picking it instead of the bow.

Items in this situation can not be exchanged/restored. We only restore Raid Epics under very particular circumstances as per our Terms of Use:

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
