Ban watch?

Me and a friend made each a user couple weeks ago, and we've been playing together since the start.
Today, I questen on both charrs alone, by alt-tabbing between the windows. I did read the rules, but apparently I misread the part about only banking, enchanting etc. allowed during alt-tabbing between two accounts.

A GM whispered me and asked why I did this, and if I could be so kind as to stop.
He also said something, about putting both the accounts on a "Ban list".

Now, for what I want to know is, When I'm on this Ban list, is this the final warning? Will the accounts be permbanned? Or is this something that goes away after say 1month-5months?

If that was your first time doing this, you will have a warning attached to your account.
1st attempt - warning attached to your account
2nd attempt - a temporary ban will be given to you both (4-5 days)
3rd attempt - is a permanent ban to your account.

This warning will remain there on your account and will not expire.
