Chat Bug: Can't Use Chat Channels (e.g. /1, /2 etc...)

Earlier today I was having no issues with this, but now for some reason I can't speak in any of the chat channels. When I enter the command /1 (for example) it just treats it like the command doesn't exist. I haven't made any changes to the game or anything, but it just doesn't function anymore.

Not sure how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

If relogging doesn't work, try deleting your chat-cache in the WDB folder.
