I want to report a player who heavily insulted me, i killed his alliance toon and then he logged on his horde and started to insult me in a very bad way , i told him that i will report him and he kept saying very bad things about my family.

I wanted to attack the screenshot but it was too big , so i upload the imagine to Imgur and will link it here so the GM's can see it and punish that player.
