Hello, I am reporting this because of the quest not offering the Faded Hakkari cloak upon completion. I am wondering if this is working right and for some reason is not offering quests. The database says it should be offered in 1.12. Did I turn in this quest too soon and it is not patched in? If so is there a way to receive the reward once it is? Perhaps it just isn't working?
