Shift+click on name son chat doesn't show infos

On my Druid it's the whole day that the chat was giving problems starting with not joining the common channels (General, Trade, etc.) so I tried to delete my WTF folder and that fixed it.

Unfortunally now I can't Shift+click on names in chat to see their informations, doing that to autowrite their name into the chat row works and I can link items. The infof eature is the only1 not working and I don't know what to do.

I believe vQueue did that to me for some time. I dropped it because the whole addon wasn't useful to me anyway.

Disable your addons to see if one of them conflicts with chat.

I don't have that addon and on my other characters (that have the same addons active) don't have this problem. I will try it anyway and see if it works.

Edit: Disabling Addons didn't work.

I know nothing about chat-cache.txt, but mind as well try it (again).
Dir: WoW Vanilla Folder\WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAME\Nostalrius Begins\Charactername
Delete chat-cache.txt and start the client.

I deleted the WTF folder in order to fix all the chat thing (and succeded with the exception of the shift+click) and now I'm waiting for it to reappear.

If it doesn't work this time around, it is indeed an addon. It will never be a server problem at this point.

Try disabling all addons and see if it still is a problem.

As I said, I already tried to disable all addons. I'm thinking about using the repair tool if things don't fix like this. Is it a good idea?

I can't seem to find that chat-cache.txt file. I reinstalled everything (still having that issue) and inside the WTF folder there is only the config.wtf file.

Edit: SOLVED

I did find the path towards the chat-cache.txt file and clearing it fixed everything.
