Lately ive experienced a really annoying issue occuring when theres roughly 5.5-6k+ ppl online.
It seems like some of the regen "ticks" from water gets skipped hence resulting in less mana gained over the full 30second drinking duration.
Conjured Crystal water is supposed to give 4200 mana in itself over 30 seconds + your normal mana regeneration i usually end up with 5000+ mana after drinking from 0'ish mana.
Instead i end up having 3500mana, which requires me to drink again (sometimes 30seconds extra) to get full mana.
This is a VERY annoying "bug" and especially frustrating when farming for longer periods.
A few things ive noticed and might not be correct:
Only seems to be out in the world, not in instances.
Happens during high population hours as stated above.
Ive heard this also affecting channeling spells like mindflay, drain life? etc.. (havent personally seen this).
