I can't find you in GM list, so I am posting here.

Hi nithael,

thanks for your help. Our guildmate casheww (account name cashew), has been unable to login to the game for about a day now. Her game crashed, or the server crashed yesterday around or about the same time it did for the person in ths thread:

As noted in that thread, she has been unable to log in since that time. She has also tried to reach out in the forums but her initial thread with guildie fnouquel has not been approved yet, so she cant get on the forums. She did manage to reach out to Gms in game to check the status of her account and it is in fact, not banned.

I worked with her and fnouquel for serveral hours today to try to remedy the problem from there side to no avail, we tried:

1. checking login to correct realm
2.loging in to test realm (success)
3. re entering login information
4. checking for correct realmlist wtf
5. checking lines in config.wtf
6.rewriting all lines in config.wtf
7.signing on from another computer on same network (fail)
8. singing on from different computer not in network (fail)
9. manually entering sign in data
10. deleting error messages spool

nothing worked. We could sign into her account from any computer into the test realm. We could not sign into the actual game from any computer configured in any way.

I think that about sums it up. I am always here to help or answer any other questions.
