Cannot interact with lockbox in Klaven's Towe

I recently flew to back to Westfall from STV to attempt to level my lock picking from 108-175 on the lockbox from the Alliance Rogue poison quest, per the suggestion of many lockpicking guides. When I went to the top and killed the elite, I found that I was unable to interact with the chest. That is, I cannot click on it and get no sort of tooltip when I mouse over it. I deactivated all addons, cleared my WDB and WTF, and have logged in and out a few times as well. I was wondering if anybody else was having this issue or if there is a possible solution? Thanks!

That doesn't work on this server, you can only pick that lock once while on the poisons quest.

Actually you can pick it multiples times by deleting the key you need for the quest, and thus level your skill a bit on this chest.

But yes, you need to have the quest in your quest log (and not tagged as "Complete" ) to be able to interact with the chest.
