stuck on loading screen after crash

Does the game not do anything on the loading screen (0%), or does it try to load all the way and the music stops playing (100%) but it never closes and shows your character? I've had the latter happen to me a few times and it usually just takes a really long time to complete, but eventually I get in the game.
