When can i raid enemy cities without getting banned again?

Can you please note whenever you put on the proper respawn meter of tyrande? Since i got banned for "abusing" this while i dont even know whats the correct one.

If i get banned for some respawn meter the server had since release and they themselves have set, i believe you have the obligation to fix it after this. Afterall its just a damn respawn meter, im certain its not difficult to change.
