When I looted the Burning key it did not appear in my keychain or inventory. The quest log gives me credit for having it, but I can not complete the quest without "actually" having the key. After abandoning quest and tried to retake it, it still gave me credit. Tried to delete WDB and WTF folder, logging alt for 1 minutes, without any luck. Can't complete the quest

I have the same problem, no idea what to do, would love to finish the quest line. Looted the burning key its not in inventory the quests says it is. Help, please.
