Hi,

Regarding items recovery, we have strict rules that applied. They are defined in our terms of use.

We have not managed to destribute the following items before the server craashed:

Actually we can restore lost epic items after a server crash only if the items were already given to the player when the server crashed, and it is not the case here.
Thus, we can't proceed to any recovery.

Why does this rule exist? I mean it is not anyones fault here. They had no chance to distribute loot.
