Character gone?

hello I logged in to send my hunter some gear, and she's gone? There is still a folder in the WTF for her, but she's no where on my character selection screen...help!

Bump...would really like to have this resolved...the char wasn't deleted and had quite a bit of farmed crafting mats from my main...
