Unable to connect

ive been playing awhile(got to lvl 60) and i havnt played for a week or so and when i try to loggin it says unable to connect. i made a new account and that one works fine. my character names are wuzerk and thoq i know they arent banned

Unable to connect likely means you're entering the wrong password. If you haven't played in over a week, try resetting the password using the link on the main website.
