Help Cant Enter my char

Ok Pls help i login to my acount its working then i go to the char list picking my char now its loading the game but when its finshed to login it still logini waited 1 hour doent work its still in the login screen it look like the bar of loading is finshed but it wont let me play i still waiting nothing pls help
