Stratholm loo bugged!

Half an hour ago i was at stratholm with my guild mates, everyhing seemed to be ok. Once we killed Baron Rivednare he dropped two items:
Skullforge Reaver
Wildheart Kilt
I was as happy as it possible because im a rogue, but something went wrong. I rolled for both items, and i won both but i didnt get them. I dont know what happend so i decided to wait for a while and still... nothing have happend. The corpse of Baron just vanished. I have the screenshot of ingame chat, you can see there that the system announced that i won those items. Please help me!

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
