Fixing glitch- I fell off Teldrassil!

When I was doing Oakenscowl quest I fell down the fall and died, and when I returned to my body my ghost kept falling and falling and now I'm on the outer shore of Teldrassil..

I can't go back, I can't use HS, and I dont know what to do.. Please help me!

Spirit Res, and take the sickness, your body landed on a branch or something on the way down and you keep missing it as you fall.
