Bug Quest?

I complete Scarlet Subterfuge quest, after this Highlord Taelan Fordring says "Nooooooo!" and... its all, hes only standing and doing nothing, i cant take next quest In Dreams, its bug?

If it's an escort quest, you may have to wait until the person actively doing the quest is finished. Check back from time to time to see if it lets you progress. Some say it's bugged, others say it works perfectly fine.
