Paladin "Tome of Divinity" Quest Bug

Since early levels my tome of divinity quest bugged, but have left it until now as i didn't really need it until dungeons. I can't get the quest anymore so therefore i can't get my redemption spell.

I have pictures of the quest npc text, my spellbook and my quest log. But it wont let me send the attachments.

Anymore more information needed i can provide, and sorry if i haven't given enough

Any help would be appreciated ty.

Thankyou for that dude! I'm almost pretty sure this is what i've done. It's been quite a while since i was 10; and i remember having the book.
