Does anything get done about low level NPC griefing?

I was interested in playing and found leveling fun and refreshing while I wait for the PvE server and I figured having a character on the PvP server would be fun for high level PvP and such when PvE is full but it is ridiculous how often asshats constantly camp NPC's preventing questing, travel, and vending, solely for the purpose of causing frustration to players fractions of their level and new to the server.

Does Nostalrius not care at all about this happening and the official policy is to deal with it? I quit my FFXIV sub and started playing this, without support (and until the PvE server is released), I wouldn't consider donating to the server upkeep if I can't play the game how it was meant to.

getting wooped by higher levels while trying to PVE is part of the game when playing on a PVP server. Stop complaining, soon you wont have to deal with having things be difficult, and you can walk through the game on easy mode with the new PVE server.

Only if the player is camping an important quest NPC for long periods of time; we're talking hours, if not, days. They would have to be killing the NPC pretty much all day before the staff stepped in. Otherwise, you'll just be told to suck it up and go quest elsewhere, which is pretty much the same thing Blizzard would tell you.

I'm not even to the point where I am fighting high levels because they are griefing in uncontested zones
