Quest NPCs in Revantusk Village bugged for me only

If you would rather go on your assumptions about how the quests are "linked", rather than fly to Hinterlands and attempt to pickup the quest yourself, thats fine. I have several people who have verified this and the other quests are attainable in-game. In fact, the author of the second bugtracker page you linked: https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=810 specifically states that he was able to complete the first quest. He may not have given level and rep info but according to him he did complete it, meaning he must have been able to accept it in the first place. Either he is lying along with everyone else or I really am correct and am in fact experiencing an issue specific to my character.

Must give this seguent quests

1. Message to the Wildhammer
2. Another Message to the Wildhammer
3. The Final Message to the Wildhammer

He have the yellow "!" but i can't accept the step 1!

Why?

I cant post in the bugtracker :S i don't know why, but i cant register

I've just experienced the same problem.

Even though the npc(Otho Moji'ko) have a yellow mark above his head i can't see any quests when interacting with him. I'm lvl 49(so that's high enough to obtain this quest) and my quest log is not full. I haven't do any steps of that chain, couldn't even get the first step.

My question is, Have any solutions been made according to this issue or should we simply forget that this quest even existed?
