Having issues with the in game chat and also a pop on login

First day I logged in i could use party and guild chats. Now no chats work at all. It lets me tyoe everything in but it doesnt send anything into the chat. And Now I have a bubble at login that says "WTF/Account/***/SavedVariables/EasyCopy.lua:1: invalid control char near "char 0"" Also when i log in in the chat it says easycopy loaded - by bit. Anyone know whats happening

Sounds like one of your addons may be interfering with your chat functions. First try leaving all the channels to make sure it isn't a glitch on the server. /leave 1, /leave 2, 3, 4, etc. until you've left all the channels. The rejoin them: /join General, /join Trade, LocalDefense, etc.

If that doesn't work, disable all your addons and relog to see if your chat works. If it does, log out and re-enable each addon one by one to see if you can narrow down which addon it is that's interfering with your chat window.

Otherwise, go for broke and delete your WDB and WTF folders while logged out, then relog and see if your chat works.

Just delete that WTF/Account/***/SavedVariables/EasyCopy.lua file. It contains easycopy addon settings. Or just delete all WTF folder (will remove all wow settings you have).
