Soothing Turtle Bisque quest bugged

In Southshore Chef Jessen is not allowing me to turn in the quest "Soothing Turtle Bisque" even though I have the soothing spices and all the turtle meat. I tried relogging and disabling addons, nothing working. help please!

Make sure the required items are in your inventory. Failing this, abandon the quest and pick it up again.

You're welcome. This should work on all quests with that issue. I noticed doing things like meddling with the quest items in your inventory (destroying some, putting some in the bank, etc) can cause this bug, so I've avoided doing it altogether. The worst was when I destroyed two crystal spider legs for my Ledger from Tanaris quest (I had 22 of 20 required), and I had to abandon the quest, fly back to Searing George, and get it again in order to turn it in... in Gadget.
