Silithus: Kitchen assistance quest

Is this a known bugged quest or has anyone gotten it to work? I am on the quest but do not have the recipe in my cooking panel. It's normally in there after you hand in the first part if I am not mistaken. Thanks all for looking.

I have the same problem, the recipe (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?spell=24802) is a reward from Calandrath (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?npc=15174) the innkeeper in Silithus for Sharing the Knowledge (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=8313), but I am now on the following quest - Kitchen Assistance (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=8317) without receiving the recipe.

This is not a bug. It's working as intended as the recipe is currently not in the game and will be added in patch 1.8
