Fix Counterattack Quest !

This quest has been bugged for MONTHS now, and its about FKing time you sort out the quest.

Currently EVERYONE in the party has to kill the boss ONCE PER MEMBER and take the banner,
and anyone outside the group can run up and grab it... and it takes 15 minutes to kill enough attackers
for the boss to spawn

This buggy quest needs sorting out !.

Quest is among many that are bugged, and this one is low level. I doubt it takes precedence over higher level quests (when quests are less abundant) or releasing new content.
