Clearly the player in question (yourself) did not receive the item. You said "while we were doing," which means you were in the process of distributing the loot, not already done with it. In addition, I'll bet that wasn't a random screenshot that was taken, but instead one that was taken when you realized a crash was happened. This fact means that you do not fulfill one of the criteria for having loot restored, and thus will not be able to get it restored.
Name of the player who received the item.
Meaning you need to have received the item.
