Reporting a bug in here,allowed?

My english is not very well,but i have to report a complex bug.What a damn thing...
The bug is :
My game character has been killed by some animals,and i release soul to resurrection.While i was running to my body ,i add 1 talent.Then,the soul that i release from the body was dead again(System told me to click release the soul,I click it.).Now the soul is lie down the ground and i can not move.
Mr/Miss GM,can you understand my report?If so , just give me a reply ,please?
My ingame ID is "Darkdark"(a warlock).I'm waiting.

We are aware of this bug. It happens from time to time. For a solution to your spirit being dead, please try relogging. If this does not solve it, contact a GM in-game via the ticket system and we will be glad to assist you in this issue.
