Well the video only shows the tree in the middle of the BG.
I won't argue wether the ally fence not being los is blizzlike or not because I actually have no idea.
But the suggestion still stands and - blizzlike or not - I'm sure we can discuss it.
It really gives an unfair advantage to casters over melees, considering the length of that fence.
Besides, it's placed at a strategic point for both horde and alliance team so it's really game changing and helps casters a lot on nuking both horde (escaping) and alliance (kitting in their base) FCs.
It also breaks the symetry between horde and alliance base. There is this kind of fence in both bases, why would one interract with players in a different way than the other?
Some race/sexe combination can jump through this fence. If I'm a female undead warlock facing a gnome war for example, I can just go from one side to another and nuke through a fence.
It's ridiculous RP-wise to consider your fireball will go though those little holes placed in that fence.
Maybe it's blizzlike, maybe it's not.
But if it's blizzlike, it's probably something they didn't mean to implement and only lasted a few patches. Because this feature clearly doesn't improve the game experience in any ways
